Requirements

• Completed visa application form
  
• A valid international traveling passport
  
• Two recent passport-size photographs
  
• A cover letter explaining in details what your activities will be during your visit and how long you will be staying for.
  
• Other applicable issued documents such as Form B-1
  
• Evidence of financial expenditure during your visit that shows you have sufficient funds to cover the expenses of the visit and return ticket.
  
• Round trip airplane ticket
  
• Proof of ties to your home or foreign country. This is necessary to demonstrate to the consular officer that you will return back to your home country
  
• Your trip will be for a definite temporary period, and that you will return upon the conclusion of your visit.
  
• Police clearance or recent certified criminal check, issued by the police authorities of the place where you reside (if necessary)
  
• Medical and physical examination report by an authorized physician (if necessary)
  
• Medical Insurance (if necessary)
  
• Contact information of person receiving you at the airport (if necessary)
  
• Visa application fees payable by certified check, bank draft or international money order.
